From Military to Multifamily

Hey, I'm Dakota!

I served 8 years in the military—4 in the Air Force, and 4 in Special Forces.

During that time, I realized something most people never do:


Retirement plans aren’t enough. Even with a pension, most people still end up working longer, saving more, and stressing out.


So after I left the military, I decided to take control of my financial future.

I studied real estate, invested over $100k in mentorships, university programs, conferences, and learned the hard way how to analyze deals, raise capital, and send in real offers on real properties.


Now, through StartSmart, I help others do the same. No fluff. No guru nonsense. Just real education, real investing, and a smarter path forward.
